Yes. We follow a "trust but verify" two-step process on every batch. The manufacturing facility tests the batch at production and issues a COA, which we review and verify. Then once stock arrives at our facility, we send samples out for independent third-party re-testing.

We work with two labs. Janoshik Laboratories is our primary — the recognized gold standard in peptide analysis, and every Janoshik report carries a unique verification key so you can independently confirm authenticity at any time.

Our second lab is Peptide Test Canada, 100% Canadian owned and operated out of Mississauga, Ontario, with every sample tested on Canadian soil. It was founded by pharmaceutical-industry analytical chemists, and their PhD analytical chemists run the work themselves — HPLC purity analysis plus LC-MS/MS mass spectrometry for molecular identity confirmation, using methods validated to USP principles, backed by 20+ years of specialized peptide testing experience. Every COA includes the raw HPLC chromatography data and a scannable QR verification code.

Yes — COAs are publicly available on the corresponding product page for the vast majority of our catalog. Our standard process is to first verify the manufacturer's COA internally. Then — because trust still requires verification — we send samples out for our own independent third-party testing through Janoshik Laboratories or Peptide Test Canada. Once our independent testing comes back, we upload the COA to the product page.

Most orders are dispatched the same day when placed before 5 PM Eastern. In the rare case we're waiting on stock from our warehouse, dispatch may be the following business day. Tracking is provided as soon as the package leaves us.

Shipping is free on orders over $200.

One exception: nasal sprays ordered on Fridays are held and dispatched Monday. Canada Post doesn't operate on weekends, so shipping Monday ensures the product moves promptly rather than sitting at a postal facility over the weekend.

These are the standards our partner facility operates to. Every batch goes through:

• A dedicated pharmaceutical-grade water filtration and purification room, eliminating one of the most common contamination risks in the industry before production even begins.
• Depyrogenation of all vials and equipment — every vial and contact surface goes through a high-temperature dry heat sterilization cycle, eliminating both microbes and endotoxins before any product enters them.
• 0.22 μm pharmaceutical-grade sterile filtration as the final filtration step — the same standard used in hospital compounding. It's slower and more expensive than skipping it, which is why many low-cost suppliers don't.
• Precision hand-filling using dedicated disposable pumps, ensuring exact volumes and zero cross-batch contamination.
• Vacuum stoppering inside the lyophilizer — once freeze-drying is complete, each vial is sealed under vacuum without ever leaving the chamber, preventing exposure to ambient air during the most vulnerable step.
• Per-batch traceability — every batch is logged against the technicians, inspectors, and equipment involved, so there are no mystery lots in the system.
