We don't broker, drop-ship, or buy through middlemen. We work directly with the manufacturing facility, and we chose them specifically because of how they produce — not because of price. The production standards below are exactly what we vetted them on before partnering.

2. Production discipline at every stage.

These are the standards our partner facility operates to. Every batch goes through:

• A dedicated pharmaceutical-grade water filtration and purification room, eliminating one of the most common contamination risks in the industry before production even begins.
• Depyrogenation of all vials and equipment — every vial and contact surface goes through a high-temperature dry heat sterilization cycle, eliminating both microbes and endotoxins before any product enters them.
• 0.22 μm pharmaceutical-grade sterile filtration as the final filtration step — the same standard used in hospital compounding. It's slower and more expensive than skipping it, which is why many low-cost suppliers don't.
• Precision hand-filling using dedicated disposable pumps, ensuring exact volumes and zero cross-batch contamination.
• Vacuum stoppering inside the lyophilizer — once freeze-drying is complete, each vial is sealed under vacuum without ever leaving the chamber, preventing exposure to ambient air during the most vulnerable step.
• Per-batch traceability — every batch is logged against the technicians, inspectors, and equipment involved, so there are no mystery lots in the system.

The simplest way to verify is this: the COA posted on each product page always corresponds to the product you're receiving. Whenever a new batch comes in, we update the COA on the page to match it — so the latest COA is always the one for the stock currently shipping.

On top of that, we use two reputable third-party labs. Janoshik, the recognized gold standard for peptide testing, hosts COAs with a unique verification key that lets you independently confirm the report is authentic straight from the lab. We also use Testides, an ISO/IEC 17025-aligned Canadian lab, for additional independent testing. Both provide verifiable COAs — so you're never just taking our word for it.

We've also started adding lot numbers and manufacturing dates directly to our products. Not all of them have it yet, since we're rolling it out across the catalog over time, but more and more orders going out now include it.
