SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptor (ERR) family, developed by Thomas Burris and colleagues at Saint Louis University as a research tool compound for studying ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ pharmacology. The compound is studied as an “exercise mimetic” — activating the same gene expression program in skeletal muscle, adipose tissue, and brown fat that is normally induced by aerobic exercise.
