1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, regulatory risk, or stock errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the purchase price to your original method of payment.
6. Payment & Fraud Prevention
We may accept credit/debit cards, Interac e‑Transfer, and third‑party crypto processors. Transactions may be subject to fraud screening. We may require additional verification or decline transactions at our discretion.
7. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier. You are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and regulatory approvals (if applicable).

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VPeptide Inc. and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of products or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
